I would like to take this opportunity to update my testimonial because my entire family’s green cards just got approved! Global Law Centers first began helping me and my family in December 2006 for my H1B and H4 applications. This time, they were able to help me with the speedy approval of our green cards. They filed my PERM so quickly and received approval in March. They immediately got to work to file my I-140, I-485, and I-765. They assisted us all the way until my petition was filed on May 15. My experience with Global Law Centers began first with my H-1B change of employer. Since I noticed they were fast in obtaining the approval, I decided to let them handle my petition for permanent residency (I think they call it the Green Card Process). First they did the PERM Labor Certification including a 30 day recruitment plus a one month required waiting period before the PERM Labor Certification could be applied. The PERM Labor Certification was applied on November 1, 2006 and was certified on November 6, 2006. Then came my I-140 and I-485 which was filed together; along with I-485 petitions for all my family members. The I-140 petition was filed on January 5, 2007 and was approved on March 1, 2007.
