Hi,

I am currently gathering information regarding the O visa. I heard that you are required to get recommendation letters from peers/professionals in the intended field. Any recommendations about what these letters should actually say?

As you can guess the recommendation letters should highlight a person's acheivements and contributions in the field. In the beginning the person who recommends you should write a paragraph about himself explaining his achievements. Later he should highlight your contributions in 2-3 paragraphs and recommend for O1 visa. The letter can be 2-3 pages. It should be addressed to the service center.
