I am interested in pursuing NIW. I heard that in order to file you have to fulfill all the three criteria. Does anyone know what those are. I'm so confused...it seems like you have to be a genius or some nobel prize winner...

For NIW you have to fulfill all the three criteria.
* The foreign national’s work is in an area of substantial intrinsic merit; * The proposed benefit of the foreign national’s work is national in scope; and * The foreign national will serve the national interest to a substantially greater degree than would an available U.S. worker having the same minimum qualifications. you do need at least couple of publications and good citations. Not sure if these are the exact criteria, but you can definitely find out more information on this site. I got most of the info I needed from http://www.globallawcenters.com/nati...est_waiver.php. They have a ton of info and seem to know their stuff... |
