EAD used though H1B approval received

I am on H1B since August 2004. My Green card file is in process (Priority Date- January 2007). Labor is approved and I-140/I-485 is pending. My spouse and I received EAD and Advanced Parole. Now, I received query from INS for pending I-140.
My spouse entered in USA on base of H4 on August 2004. I applied for her H1B. She received her H1B approval on October 2008. This H1B approval validity is- October 2008 to October 2011. She is currently using EAD. She never used her H1B. Can she use her H1B even after using EAD during H1B validity period? Can she her status from EAD (Adjustment of Pending Status) to H1B?
