Transfer from H1 full time to H1 part time and vice versa

Hi,

I’m a full time employee and want to obtain a part time H1. Now I have 2 questions:
1. Can I obtain a part time H1 visa by using current full time H1 visa’s pay slip?
2. Can I apply for a full time H1 visa by using part time H1 visa’s pay slip?

A quick response would be really appreciated.
