I-485 Pending
My I-485 AOS has been pending since August 2007, and when I checked in the USCIS website for cases with receipt number higher or above mine some of them have been approved. So, my question is, my AOS has not been approved because my priority date has not reached the due date on my approved labor certification? In other words, USCIS is not going to approve my AOS untill the visa bulletin shows that my priority date is earlier than the cut off date show in the visa bulletin?
