Several of the ski resorts here use them. But they seem to go far beyond the typical role of attorneys in actually going to foreign countries, recruiting the workers, finding them housing, arranging transportation and food. Of course, the H-2B company typically charges very little to the employer - one employer told me $200 per employee. Rather they charge the worker additional fees and takes a substantial chunk of their check - perhaps more than half. That's been my experience.
